おおた農園は自然豊かな米子の地で江戸時代から農業を営んでいます。
平成21年に就農し、いちご・米・柿などを栽培しながら、それらを原料にした和のスイーツの製造販売を開始し、現在は農産物直売所アスパルをメインに、HOK、丸合など市内スーパーでの販売や、注文販売、イベント出店等も行っております。
当園は虫や雑菌の付きにくい高設栽培という方式でのいちご栽培や、天敵・生物農薬を活用することで化学的な農薬の使用を控えたりと、安全で衛生的ないちごの栽培に取り組んでいます。
「美味しいいちごを作る」そのために手間を惜しまず、愛情を持って育てたいちごをぜひご賞味ください。
